As Senior Director of Specialized Services at Community Living Toronto, Deanna Strazzella provides strategic leadership for BridgeWorks Clinical Services and a diverse portfolio of specialized supports. Her work is guided by a commitment to innovation, quality, and creating meaningful outcomes for individuals, families, and community partners. Since 2011, Deanna has advocated for individuals and families who were too often told that their needs exceeded what existing services could provide. These experiences inspired her to challenge the status quo and build services that are accessible, person-centred, and grounded in evidence-informed practice. Deanna is driven by a simple belief: that the right support, delivered by the right team, can transform lives and create opportunities for people to achieve their full potential.

Natalia joined Community Living Toronto in 2013 and has held a variety of roles within the organization. She began working in front-line positions supporting children and adults with complex support needs and later led intake and transition services across Supported Living programs. Building on this experience, Natalia now oversees interdisciplinary services and is dedicated to fostering collaboration across disciplines, recognizing that meaningful outcomes are achieved when supports reflect a full understanding of who the person is and the people who support them.

Sarah started at Community Living Toronto in 2015 as relief staff in a group home and later became a Behaviour Support Consultant before moving into leadership. Today she leads BridgeWorks’ clinical supports, including Behaviour Services, the Developmental Psychiatry Resource and the Interdisciplinary Review Committee. Having worked on the front line herself, she makes sure every plan is one that families and support teams can actually use.

Benjamin Clarke is a Registered Behaviour Analyst who has been supporting children, youth, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 2006. He began his career at Community Living Toronto as a support worker before moving into behaviour services and clinical supervision. His experience working directly with individuals and families has shaped his approach to developing practical strategies that fit into people’s everyday lives. Ben is passionate about the rights of people with disabilities and the potential of behaviour analysis to create meaningful change.

Becca started working with children and adults with complex needs in 2013, soon after becoming certified in behaviour analysis while living in Chicago. She has worked with Community Living Toronto since 2020 and has moved through leadership positions over the years. Currently, Becca helps lead the delivery of behaviour services and supports the development of individualized, practical strategies that help people achieve their goals. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with individuals, families, and caregivers while promoting positive outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based support.

With 25 years of experience in developmental psychiatry, Dr. Vikram Dua has helped develop and deliver innovative dual-diagnosis services across Canada. He provides consultation to Community Living Toronto and the TRE-ADD programme at Surrey Place and holds academic appointments at the University of British Columbia and University of Toronto. His past leadership roles include founding Medical Director of the BC Autism Assessment Network, Psychiatrist-in-Chief at Surrey Place, and Clinical Director of TRE-ADD. He also serves as Chair of the Indo-Canadian Autism Network.

Dr. Margaret Reid is a registered psychologist with extensive experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, autism and brain injury, along with their families and caregivers. During her 17 years at CAMH, she worked collaboratively with interdisciplinary and community-based teams supporting individuals with complex needs. Dr. Reid has specialised training in several evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Since 2021, she has provided psychological consultation to Community Living Toronto’s Interdisciplinary Review Committee and now continues this work as part of BridgeWorks Clinical Services.

Meg is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and complex health needs. Her background spans developmental services, community and acute-care nursing, and interdisciplinary clinical practice. She brings a strong focus on accessible, person-centred care and has contributed to capacity-building initiatives that strengthen supports for people with disabilities and the teams who support them.

Kendra is an Associate Professor at Brock University and part-time Scientist at the Azrieli Adult Neurodevelopmental Centre at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. Inspired by over 20 years of experience in clinical and applied research settings, her community-engaged work focuses on supporting people with neurodevelopmental differences and those who support them. Kendra has authored over 50 publications, 150 conference proceedings, one book, and several book chapters. She specializes in applied behaviour analysis, caregiver training, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), and community-engaged approaches that center lived experience. Kendra is also involved in collaborative work at the intersection of Indigeneity, neurodevelopment, and mental health. She was the 2021 recipient of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts “Jerry Shook Award” for her leadership in the field, and the 2025 Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysts “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” Award. Kendra enjoys spending time in nature with her family and practicing yoga.
