Our Services

Behaviour Services

Practical behaviour support at home, in supported living and in the community, for people of all ages.

Overview

Our Registered Behaviour Analysts work alongside individuals, families, and support teams to understand what’s behind behaviour and develop practical strategies that work in everyday life, whether that’s managing behaviour or building new skills. The people who know the individual best are experts in their own experiences, which is why we plan with them, not for them.

Services are delivered by Registered Behaviour Analysts regulated by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario and are grounded in Applied Behaviour Analysis and positive behaviour support frameworks.

Behaviour Support Plans

Your Behaviour Support Plan is written in plain language and built with you and your support team. A good plan has to work for the person and for the people supporting them. We stay involved with regular check-ins, coaching for staff and caregivers, and plan updates as needs change. Any plans that include restrictive or intrusive procedures will always follow Ontario Regulation 299/10.

Third-Party Review of Behaviour Support Plans
(for agencies)

Agencies supporting adults with Behaviour Support Plans that include intrusive behavioural interventions are required under Quality Assurance Measures (QAM) to have those plans independently reviewed. A Registered Behaviour Analyst reviews the plan with the clinician who wrote it and documents recommendations and sign-off. Families don’t need to arrange this; it is the support agency’s responsibility.
